In Chinese medicine, Fall is the time of the lung, which is a place where we hold grief. Opening up to our grief is a scary process! As an acupuncturist, I see many ways that body work, talk therapy and herbal medicine can be a helpful tool in moving through this process! Having herbal allies, whether taking them internally or experiencing them on an energetic level (like flower essences or meditation), can be extremely helpful. In this class, we will talk about herbal allies that can help us along this path, learn about their medicinal and energetic uses and share together if people are comfortable.
