“A spoonful of sugar…” definitely helps the medicine go down! I love making elixirs because they are tasty, easy and everyone will enjoy them (you can even mix them in a cocktail or sparkling water). During this class we will learn how to make elixirs, syrups and oxymels, and we will look at a handful of herbs that I like to make these with (and we will tailor it to your needs). Cost includes tastings, handouts and a blend for you to take home.
