Chinese medicine teaches us how to live in harmony with the seasons. If we live and eat by the seasonal changes we can create more balance between our bodies and our external environment. During this class we will talk about how to do this during Fall and Winter and we will look at specific Chinese foods & recipes that can better prepare you for the cold months ahead! It will include some Qi Gong, nourishing recipes for you to take home, and we will discuss some herbs you can cook with! You’ll leave feeling more prepared for the months ahead, and maybe see some foods and herbs you’ve never seen before! This class is for everyone, regardless of their herbal knowledge.
